1.3 DigitalAssets provides downloadable digital products, therefore physical returns do not apply.

2. Nature of Digital Products

2.1 All products on DigitalAssets are digital in nature.
2.2 Once downloaded or accessed, digital files cannot be “returned.”
2.3 Users are responsible for checking product descriptions before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refunds are available only under specific conditions:

• The product is defective or corrupted.

• The product does not match the description on our website.

• A duplicate payment was accidentally made.
  3.2 Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Wrong product selected by the customer.

4. Timeframe for Requesting Refunds
